Our knowledge of the special requirements operating an IP Centralized System with MPLS backbone and processing of calls is extensive and has been developed since the 1990's across multiple countries with 100% success, 100% security and with 100% solutions delivered. Our Secure Studio™ of solutions includes: call recordings, call monitoring, biometric fingerprint sensor authorization, Infrared Reading Identification Device (IRID) supporting IR tokens/badges electronic PAN integration with flexible PIN authorizations, camera pictures (both during a call while the offender/inmate phones are on-hook and off-hook), backlit LCD displays, extensive pre/live/post-call recording options and tools, extensive pre-defined reports and unlimited ad-hoc report generation available to all authorized users (e.g. MS 2008 SQL Reporting Services), system-wide monitoring of all users, multiple language options for both offender/inmate and authorized users, complete user log-in session tracking, controlled changes tracking, and complete tracking histories, multiple payment features, fast and easy bookings – all with guaranteed call quality of service ensured by TalkTelio™. Our Secure Studio™ is a fully redundant centralized IP Secure Studio™ system unified from end-point to end-point as a entirely closed networks that are completely secure and encrypted along with our MPLS backbone.
Every individual offender/inmate TalkPoint™ IP phone provides advanced automatic and quick self-healing on-site SmartTest™ processes - 100% internal routine working methods for device analysis and verifying constant and correct operations. Remote trouble-shooting, including the ability to place calls remotely for training, duplications of any notices of service difficulties, and quality assurance, monitoring movement within the housing using 3-D sensor eliminating unknown tampering, etc. Of course, all TalkTelio™ TalkPoint™ phones (both IP and analog) can be turned on/off by phone, groups of phones or system-wide at any time, including automatic hours of operation, offender/inmate loss of privilege periods; that can automatically enable privileges at the end of the inmate's correction period. The need for future equipment hardware replacements are essentially eliminated and not needed based upon our centralized solutions that are fully upgradeable with limitless centralized updates for system-wide access; likewise, our TalkTelio TalkPoint™ IP phones are essentially a customizable computer in the phone are able to achieve the same centralized limitless upgrades versus just a plain old analog phone which is a phone of the past and not appropriate for the modern facilities. This means that as features, functions, reports, etc. are needed and added – all new features and functions are immediately available system-wide without the need for upgrades to equipment, TalkPoint™ IP phones and the authorized user's computer software. In the United States and across the world, our solutions include the facilities' option to receive commission payments for each and every call; which is widely required in the United States. Our commissionable call types include Operator Services, for example: collect calls to LEC billing (Local exchange carrier billing), collect calls to cell phones, collect calls to IP phone numbers and collect calls to International numbers billed "collect calls" to credit card billing, collect calls to bank card billing, to Western Union billing, and to PayPal billing. Moreover, calls can be funded by offenders / inmates or their family or friends during every collect call and online at www.callfund.com, or calls can be funded during a call or funded from a facilities' offender/inmate commissary / trust / virtual accounts by the offender/inmate or their family or friends. Offenders / Inmates even have the (optional) ability to utilize TalkPoint™ phones as "Kiosks" to transfer funds from their commissary / trust / virtual accounts to their collect call fund phone account directly from our TalkPoint™ IP phones that they're authorized to use within any facility. Optional external Kiosks or other available devices at a facility can easily be integrated to our Secure Studio™. TalkTelio™ also provides calling with wireless and cellular phones that function exactly as the traditional offender/inmate phone for multiple facility requirements and/or preferences. Specific to all calls, TalkTelio™'s combined solutions result in a substantial increase in offender/inmate generated calls; and if applicable, commissions.
