Welcome to Telio™. Our inmate telephone solution was designed and developed in collaboration with many of Europe’s largest countries’ penal institutions, exclusively for the telephone communication requirements of modern jails, prisons and other secure facilities.

Since 1998, our inmate telephone system has been the leading choice for prisons in countries across Europe (such as in Germany, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, etc.). Our centralized solution is unique because of its flexibility, functionality and the breadth of service we provide. It is based on our extensive knowledge of the special requirements from multiple European countries and the United States, with exclusive use of IP Centralized backbone processing of calls, call recordings, call monitoring, payments, and bookings with guaranteed call quality that must be met by an inmate telephone solution, and we have continued to apply the experience gained since 1998 in order to continually improve, enhance and refine the PHON-IO™ inmate telephone suite of services.

Inmate call types include Operator Services collect calls to LEC billing, collect calls to credit cards, debit cards, bank cards, Western Union, PayPal and prepaid calls funded by , or from the family or inmate commissary or trust accounts.
