Special attention was directed to security aspects when developing the TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions so that calls may only be placed with our TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions under certain specific conditions. The TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions have a wide-range of portfolio controls and monitoring functions with solutions develop in continual and close collaboration with correctional facility staff, RFP (Request For Proposal) releases and worldwide Inmate Service Providers.
SECURITY AND CONTROL FUNCTIONS:
• TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions provide real-time manual and automatic call-monitoring and recording using “mouse click” driven monitoring tools.
• TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions provide logging and simple analysis of all relevant connection details.
• TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions provide fast shutdown of the system with a click of the mouse or emergency on/off switch by phone, groups of phones , all phones.
• TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions provide variable operating times for each TalkTelio™ phone.
• TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions provide a range of restrictions possible for each telephone account, e.g. number pre-approval and blocking, funding amount by day/week/month/year and call time restrictions.
• TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions provide user/account holder verification requirements (PAN/PIN, etc).
• TalkTelio™ Secure Studio™ solutions provide technologies that can be used to check whether the user is indeed the telephone account holder and that s/he only calls those numbers previously approved by the penal institution (e.g. white/black/green lists, call diversion, call monitoring, recording, release calling cards).
