The services that TalkTelio provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). TalkTelio reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice. Member Account, Password, and Security
If any of the services provided by TalkTelio require you to have an account, you must complete the account setup process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable enrollment form. You will choose a username, and TalkTelio will administer a password to you. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TalkTelio immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. TalkTelio will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, nor may you allow third parties to use or view your account without the permission of TalkTelio. Doing so could cause irreparable damage to TalkTelio.

Notices and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent.
